I’m looking for a Content & Social Media Virtual Assistant to help build my online presence by managing and posting my video content across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone skilled in video editing, social media scheduling, engagement, and growth optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Formatting (7-10 hours/week)
- Edit five 1-5 minute videos per week for multiple platforms.
- Add captions, simple text overlays, and transitions to enhance engagement.
- Optimize video formats for each platform (square, vertical, horizontal).
- Create short clips (15-60 seconds) from longer videos for TikTok & Reels.
2. Social Media Setup, Posting & Scheduling (3-5 hours/week)
- Recommend a scheduling tool you prefer, explain why, and suggest what would work best for me.
- Upload and schedule all content using the recommended tool.
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Ensure a consistent posting schedule (5 videos per week).
- Set up and optimize new social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
3. Engagement & Community Growth (4-6 hours/week)
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to nurture relationships.
- Engage with similar accounts & communities to grow organic reach.
- Monitor analytics and suggest strategy improvements.
4. Weekly Reporting & Strategy Optimization (2-3 hours/week)
- Prepare a weekly check-in report summarizing analytics & insights.
- Suggest data-driven improvements to increase engagement & reach.
- Track and adjust content strategy based on performance trends.
Weekly Check-in Expectations
Every week, you will provide a report with:
- What’s Been Done (Posts scheduled, engagement efforts).
- Key Analytics (Best-performing posts, audience growth, engagement trends).
- Actionable Recommendations (What’s working, what needs adjusting, and suggested improvements).
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok,
- Strong copywriting skills for captions and engagement.
- Ability to track analytics and optimize content strategy.
- Strong communication & community engagement skills.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
- Understanding of spirituality, healing, or coaching industries.
- Prior experience growing social media for coaches, healers, or personal brands.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Posting 5 high-quality videos per week across all platforms.
- Increasing engagement & organic reach through community interaction.
- Driving new leads to the Purple Socks Club from social media.
- Helping build a strong online presence & brand voice.
- Providing weekly reports & strategic recommendations for growth.
