Content & Social Media Manager Needed! Pays Well!

This content and social media management position is multi-faceted. We're looking for someone who is seeking part-time work, takes their work seriously, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role will involve managing content and social media for Elevate the Globe (elevatetheglobe.com) and Intune (intunekundalini.com), ensuring consistent and impactful engagement across our platforms.

We need someone on our team who is a content and social media manager that can do the following:

1. Create, Schedule, and Manage Social Media Posts:

- Help create the monthly content calendar for all content channels (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, Podcast)
- Manage content calendar scheduling for Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Create engaging stories, reels, and posts quickly and stay on deadlines
- Edit reels and posts

2. Content Funnel Management:
- Assist with content planning for lead magnets and work with our copywriter for email marketing campaigns

3. Content Editing and Publishing:
- Edit and upload videos and podcasts to platforms like YouTube and Uscreen.
- Organize and publish content using templates in Canva for various platforms.

4. Marketing Support:
- Assist with Facebook Ads and promotional content creation.
- Schedule weekly emails, SMS and push notifications (we have a copywriter who will provide the content)
- Ensure campaigns align with brand goals and timelines.

Weekly Reporting:
- Pull analytics and create reports to track performance across platforms. (we use a platform called Hyros to view social analytics)

Please Be Familiar With:
- Canva
- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest
- Video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or similar)
- Email marketing platforms (we use Kit.com and Community for SMS)
- Content management systems (we use Uscreen and Circle)
- Community engagement tools (we use Manychat)

We are looking for someone who appreciates yoga, spirituality, and the mission of Elevate the Globe. Ideally, you’re someone who is dedicated and ready to grow with us over the next few years. After a trial period, we’re looking to sign someone on a 6-12 month contract.
