POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and producing high-quality content across our podcast, YouTube teaching videos, and short-form video platforms (such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts). This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about media production, data-driven content strategies, and has a keen eye for innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
–Podcast Production: Oversee all aspects of podcast production, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing episodes.
–YouTube Video Production: Produce and edit teaching videos for YouTube, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound. This includes setting up recording environments, editing content, and adding any necessary graphics or effects.
–Short-Form Video Creation: Develop and produce engaging and creative short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Move beyond simply highlighting key teachings—brainstorm and execute fresh, innovative concepts that capture attention, foster engagement, and align with our brand’s message.
–Content Analytics & Strategy: Review performance analytics across all platforms (podcasts, YouTube, social media). Use data insights to provide recommendations for new content ideas, improve audience engagement, and enhance overall content strategy.
–Collaborate with the content team to develop a consistent content calendar that aligns with our brand and message.
–Ensure all content is in line with company values and resonates with our target audience.
–Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content, video production, and social media to ensure maximum engagement and reach.

QUALIFICATIONS
–Proven experience in video production, editing, and podcast production.
–Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
–Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and podcasting platforms.
–Analytical mindset, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to inform content decisions.
–Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
–Passion for personal development, mental health, and/or addiction recovery is a plus.
–Alignment with the company's faith-based values and mission.
