Position: Content Producer & Social Media Manager

Location: Remote or on Location (occasionally)

Employment Type: Part-time

Reporting to: Digital Communications Manager, Head of Digital Strategy and Director



About the Role



We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Producer & Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of high-quality content across multiple digital platforms. This role requires expertise in content creation, social media strategy, and audience engagement to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.



Key Responsibilities



Content Production

• Develop, create, and edit high-quality visual, written, and multimedia content (videos, graphics, blogs, reels, etc.).

• Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms.

• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to produce compelling storytelling content.

• Stay updated on industry trends to create relevant and innovative content.



Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand goals.

• Manage and grow engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).

• Monitor social media trends and audience insights to optimize content performance.

• Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven execution.

• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time.



Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze content and social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social.

• Generate reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Test new formats, strategies, and platforms to maximize engagement.



Requirements & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation and social media management.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content editing tools.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design.

• Experience in managing paid social campaigns and using analytics tools.

• Understanding of SEO, hashtag strategy, and algorithm changes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial, tech or educational industries preferred.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.

• Previous experience with live streaming or podcast production.
