Content Producer – Music, News, & Programming

We are a unique, fully AI-powered radio station bringing the stories, history, and culture of a small town to life through music and local programming. We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy AI Content Producer to join our team and help shape the future of radio with innovative programming, AI-generated content, and community-focused storytelling.

Position Overview:

As an AI Content Producer, you’ll play a key role in developing, managing, and scheduling the station's content. You'll work with AI tools to create original country songs, generate local news and weather reports, and schedule programming for our listeners. Your role will include everything from using text-to-voice tools to create lifelike audio, to editing tracks and adding effects, to ensuring our programming is relevant and engaging.

Responsibilities:

Create AI-Generated Songs: Use AI software to produce original country music inspired by local stories, history, and events.
Generate Local News & Weather Reports: Craft engaging and accurate news segments and weather reports using data from local newspapers and weather forecasts.
Text-to-Speech & Audio Editing: Use text-to-voice tools to generate lifelike voiceovers for songs, news reports, and weather updates. Edit, add effects, and polish audio to create high-quality broadcasts.
Program Scheduling: Manage the station’s broadcast schedule, including news segments, song interludes, special features, and weather updates.
Enhance Audio Experience: Edit and enhance audio content with sound effects, transitions, and music beds for a seamless and engaging listening experience.
Stay Relevant: Keep programming timely and relevant by sourcing local news, events, and weather updates for regular AI-generated broadcasts.
