Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

About This Role:
We are seeking a versatile Content Marketing Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing and a creative eye. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsible, and passionate about crafting performance-driven digital content. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining content development processes and driving efficiency and performance as we scale content efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively collaborate with a team to contribute to content creation, paid social initiatives, and ad performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source creative talent such as models, photographers, designers, editors, and creators aligned with the brand’s vision.
- Manage and upload ads across platforms like Meta, X, and other ad networks.
- Research content and ad inspiration to fuel brainstorming sessions.
- Develop briefs for creators, aligning with brand goals and content strategy.
- Construct and test landing pages using existing templates (no coding required).
- Streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency and expand role impact.

Software/Platforms/Tools:
- Meta Ads Manager (preferred but not required)
- Shopify (for landing page creation)
- AI tools for task automation and process improvement

Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A creative eye with knowledge of engaging organic and ad content.
- Experience in finding and collaborating with creators.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly.
- Process-oriented with the ability to create and refine workflows.

Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Shopify for landing page creation.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for automation and operational efficiency.

Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm during US PST
