Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to own our content strategy and drive organic growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content across our blog, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. You'll play a critical role in transitioning our marketing approach from primarily paid media to a balanced strategy that leverages organic traffic and customer engagement.

This position offers the perfect blend of creative writing, strategic thinking, and analytical optimization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health/wellness topics and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, accessible content.

Content Strategy & Planning (25%)
Drive the Ollos content strategy across blog, social, and email channels, including quarterly calendar development and keyword research
Collaborate with founder and designer to ensure content supports business goals
Stay current on industry trends and SEO best practices

Content Creation & Management (40%)
Produce high-quality written content across all channels, from in-depth guides to social posts
Ensure all content maintains brand voice, technical accuracy, and proper citations
Optimize content for SEO performance and manage the production workflow

Community Building & Engagement (15%)
Manage social media communities and develop strategies to increase user-generated content
Foster relationships with health/wellness accounts and clinic partners through specialized content

Analytics & Optimization (15%)
Track content performance metrics, conduct testing, and provide regular reporting
Make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve content effectiveness

Project Management (5%)
Coordinate with designers and any freelancers while ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery
Maintain organized content repositories and asset management

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in DTC e-commerce
Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Familiarity with social media content strategy and community management
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
Enjoyes project management
Experience in a DTC brand environment
