JOB OVERVIEW

Azura Jewelry New York ( azurajewelry.com) is looking for a responsible and creative content manager to join our fast-growing team. The Content Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the content strategy across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role is vital to maintaining a consistent, engaging brand presence and ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice and values. Responsibilities include:

1. *Content Calendar Mapping*
- Plan and organize a content calendar that aligns with business goals, seasonal events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

2. *New Product Launch Mapping*
- Develop comprehensive content plans for new product launches, including teasers, launch announcements, storytelling elements, and post-launch follow-ups.

3. *Social Media Content Creation and Management*
- Craft engaging and on-brand social media content, including photos, videos, stories, and interactive content (e.g., polls, Q&A sessions, giveaways) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. ( Graphic design work/videos and images will be handled by graphic designer)

4. *Blog Post Development*
- Write and publish insightful and engaging blog posts related to jewelry care, fashion trends, engagement tips, and other topics relevant to the audience, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.

5. *Email Content (Excluding Email Marketing)*
- Create compelling email content for newsletters and product updates, focusing on storytelling and engagement without handling the technical aspects of email marketing automation.

6. *Website Content Management*
- Update and optimize product descriptions, collection pages, and brand storytelling on the website to maintain a cohesive and compelling online presence.

7. *SEO Optimization*
- Implement SEO strategies for all written content (blogs, social media, product pages) to enhance organic traffic, including keyword research and on-page optimization.

8. *Content Collaboration*
- Coordinate with photographers, and graphic designers to create cohesive visual and written content that aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.

10. *Analytics and Performance Tracking*
- Monitor and analyze the performance of various content types (blogs, social media posts, website pages) using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

11. *Customer Engagement Content*
- Develop and manage community-driven content on Reddit, such as user-generated content campaigns, interactive stories, and other engagement tactics to build and maintain a strong brand community.

12. *Content Strategy Development*
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute a long-term content strategy that supports business objectives and brand growth.
