Role Overview:

The Content Manager will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing high-quality content across multiple channels, with a strong focus on email marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with the ability to align content strategy with business goals, ensuring measurable impact. Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
Create engaging and relevant content, including blogs, email newsletters, website copy, and social media posts.
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.


Email
Marketing:

Plan, design, and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
Write persuasive email copy with compelling CTAs to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
Monitor email performance, analyze data, and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.

Content Management:

Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timely delivery across platforms.
Oversee content production workflows, including working with internal teams and freelance creators.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for content and email campaigns.
Prepare reports with actionable insights to improve content effectiveness.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to align content efforts with campaigns.
Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure content is optimized for search engines and audience discovery.
