The Content Distributor will play an essential role in ensuring our creators’ content is effectively shared on relevant platforms, maximizing reach and engagement. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident navigating various social media platforms and project management tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Distribute content created by our team across platforms including Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.

• Manage content scheduling and posting to ensure optimal engagement times and reach on each platform.

• Conduct regular check-in calls with the team to discuss progress, goals, and strategies.

• Create detailed weekly reports summarizing distribution activities, achievements, and challenges encountered, and propose solutions to streamline processes.

• Stay up-to-date with best practices for each platform, adjusting distribution strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with the team on Asana to track tasks and deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube, and Asana.

• Basic understanding of social media metrics and engagement strategies.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and comfort with regular video or voice calls.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and proactively suggest improvements.

• A creative mindset to adapt content for various audiences and platforms.
