Content Creator for Travel Business

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a knack for graphic design and content creation? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help bring our content strategy to life! This role is part-time (15-20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position if we’re a great match.

As our Virtual Assistant, you will support our efforts to produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms. We’re seeking someone who is not only skilled at graphic design but also has a strong understanding of content trends and the ability to create compelling pieces that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Create 4-6 pieces of content per week, including graphics, social media posts, and written copy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Collaborate on developing content ideas and strategies that align with brand goals and audience interests.
Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Schedule and post content to social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor content performance metrics and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with content trends and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
Assist with repurposing content (e.g., turning blog posts into social media graphics or short videos).
Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Communicate regularly with the team to brainstorm and plan creative campaigns.

Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation and graphic design.
Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in designing visuals.
Strong written communication skills for crafting captions and copy.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana.
Experience with video editing or short-form video creation (preferred, but not required).
Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to learn.
