We are looking to hire a full-time virtual assistant that provides creative content services and SEO marketing services or similar roles.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Video editing skills and photoshop experience to edit our content to be ready to post on Youtube,
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Creating videos to build, create, and increase real and organic viewership
- Knowledge in listing the proper #hashtags to reach a larger audience
- Video editing and adding catchy thumbnails to increase views
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in social media
- Skills with marketing and SEO (search engine optimization) to enhance the website, Etsy store, Shopify store, and Amazon store to increase sales on products and visibility of brand.
Responsibilities
- The duties will include virtual assistance, content creation, and SEO marketing responsibilities.
- Help enhance brand awareness by creating and implementing marketing strategies.
- You will be responsible for creating posts for multiple social media platforms from the content we will provide that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
- Implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and increase viewership.
- Provide some content creation and curation by creating high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
*Job Advancement could grow into more advanced tasks such as:
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner, with respect and professionalism increasing viewership and fan base.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, optimizing timing and frequency for maximum reach and engagement.
- Help foster meaningful relationships with the brand's online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, addressing inquiries or concerns respectfully and professionally, and maintaining strong communication with the supervisor.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and community standards.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
- Marketing and promoting the shows, the brand, and the events. Help finding and booking shows to perform.
- Any other social media/ content marketing duties requested.
