Content Creator Sourcer

We are looking for a Content Creator Sourcer to find, negotiate with, and hire the best content creators for our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing creators on Twitter/X and Instagram, understands what makes content perform well, and can manage the entire hiring process from outreach to onboarding.

Responsibilities
Identify and vet high-quality content creators based on the provided criteria

Source creators on Twitter/X and Instagram, ensuring they align with campaign goals

Negotiate contracts and rates to secure the best deals

Hire and onboard creators efficiently

Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators

Stay ahead of trends and continuously refine sourcing strategies

Requirements
Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and hiring content creators

Strong network of UGC creators, influencers, or performance marketers

Expertise in finding and evaluating creators on Twitter/X and Instagram

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Track record of hiring creators who have delivered strong performance

Ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently
