Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Editor: Assist in editing, planning, and executing editorial strategies.
Source and Manage Images: Find high-quality images that align with articles, social media posts, and other digital content, ensuring all media is copyright-compliant.
Pitch Fresh Ideas: Propose content ideas for articles, features, and social media campaigns to keep our audience engaged and informed.
Contribute to Writing: Write or assist in the creation of articles, match previews, player spotlights, and more.
Publish Content: Post articles, updates, and multimedia content to the website and ensure everything aligns with the editorial schedule.
Social Media Management: Monitor, post, and engage with our audience across multiple social media platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Track Trends: Stay on top of the latest soccer news, trends, and social media movements to help keep content relevant and timely.

Requirements:
Passion for Soccer: A strong understanding of the game, including major leagues, tournaments, and trending topics.
Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to write engaging, concise, and accurate copy with a focus on digital media.
Image Sourcing Knowledge: Experience using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or photo libraries to find and manage visual content.
Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, and an understanding of what drives engagement.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the editor and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and organizational skills.
Basic CMS Skills: Experience with platforms like WordPress is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in sports journalism, blogging, or content creation.
Understanding of SEO principles and online publishing.
