Consultant/Sales Virtual Assistant (Mining/Recruitment Industry)

We’re on the hunt for a confident and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and make an impact.

Role Overview
As a Consultant/Sales VA, you will:

- Conduct career consultations and resume assessments over the phone.
- Speak directly with clients, confidently answering queries and understanding their unique needs.
- Learn our business inside-out, including various roles within the mining and recruitment industry.
- Complete resume writing tasks with precision and quality.
- Manage phone calls and maintain excellent client communication.
- Contribute to achieving team KPIs, with opportunities to earn substantial performance-based bonuses.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:

- Has a confident and engaging personality, capable of building rapport with clients over the phone.
- Is familiar with the mining/recruitment industry and/or has experience in resume writing.
- Can learn quickly and adapt to new processes with minimal supervision.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, with an Australian- sounding accent preferred.
- Is proactive, results-driven, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Male candidates with a natural ability to connect with diverse client
