As a Construction Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with communication between different teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize project files, documents, and contracts.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits.
Prepare and distribute reports and project updates to tea
Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to important documents.
Customer Service:
Respond to client inquiries via phone,
Provide information about services, project timelines, and pricing to potential clients.
Address customer concerns and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Facilitate communication between tea
Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.
General Office Tasks:
Perform data entry and maintain databases related to projects and clients.
Help with invoicing and tracking payments.
Participate in tea
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Ecosystem (Office, Planner, Project, Forms, Lists) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
