About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Construction, Sealant and Adhesive Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other construction professionals. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone,
o Provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, and availability.
o Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Sales:
o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
o Generate and manage sales leads.
o Prepare and present product presentations to customers.
o Negotiate contracts and pricing.
o Achieve sales targets.
• Product Knowledge:
o Develop a deep understanding of our construction products, including their technical specifications and applications.
o Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Administrative Tasks:
o Process orders and invoices.
o Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
o Prepare sales reports and other relevant documentation.
• Required Skills and Experience:
o Proven experience in construction sales and customer service.
o Strong understanding of the construction industry and building materials.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Valid driver's license.
