JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager & Customer Relations Specialist who will oversee construction projects remotely while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage construction projects remotely, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
-Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
-Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
-Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and timelines.
-Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Ability to work remotely and coordinate with teams in different locations.

Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 4 PM UK Time
-Work from home
- Salary USD 700Monthly
