JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

Partner Construction, Inc. is looking for a skilled and proactive Construction Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the construction field. The right candidate should have a successful history of managing construction projects from start to finish, using tools like JobTread or similar software. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English are very important, as well as the ability to work well with clients, subcontractors, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans that show what needs to be done, when it should be done, how much it will cost, and what resources are needed.
- Make and manage the project budget to ensure spending matches the planned costs and goals.
- Set up project timelines with clear goals and deadlines to make sure everything is finished on time.
- Lead and guide project teams, including subcontractors and workers on site, to ensure they follow project requirements and maintain quality.
- Keep in touch with clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and other stakeholders to share updates on the project’s progress, any issues, and solutions.
- Spot possible problems early and create plans to reduce their impact on the project’s timeline and budget.
- Make sure all projects follow California building codes, safety rules, and industry standards.
- Keep accurate records of the project, including contracts, changes, and progress reports for everyone involved.
- Work with suppliers to get the materials and services needed for the project.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proficient in using JobTread or similar project management tools.
- Strong understanding of California building codes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
