Construction Manager/ Consultant (Fit- Out)

We're looking for a talented and experienced Construction Manager to join our team, and we'd love to hear from you!

This role is perfect for someone with expertise in estimation and project management, particularly within the retail, restaurant, food stores, clothing stores, and high-end project sectors. You'll be handling everything from managing fit-out works to providing valuable consultancy services throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they stay on track with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Offer consultancy on project scope, design, and execution.
• Supervise fit-out works for retail, restaurants, food stores, and other high-end spaces.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

About You:
• Experience in project management and consultancy, especially in fit-out works.
• Flexible and able to work part-time.
