Role Overview:
We are hiring a Construction Estimator and Subcontractor Outreach Virtual Assistant to support our preconstruction and business development operations. You will handle quantity takeoffs using our AI tools, prepare estimates, manage bid forms, and conduct outreach to subcontractors for pricing and partnerships.

You’ll play a direct role in helping us win projects and grow fast.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use Takeoff Boost AI and company templates to complete quantity takeoffs
• Prepare preliminary estimates, bid forms, and material quantity lists
• Search and reach out to local subcontractors for pricing
• Organize subcontractor databases by trade, location, and certifications
• Request, collect, and compile subcontractor quotes for project bids
• Help draft and update project scopes of work
• Assist in preparing RFP and RFQ submissions (federal, state, and local)
• Track bid deadlines and follow up with subcontractors regularly
• Support other estimating and administrative tasks as needed

Tools We Use:
• Takeoff Boost AI (for blueprint takeoffs)
• Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• ClickUp (Project Management)
• CRM for subcontractor management (training provided)

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in construction estimating or related field (required)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings (floor plans, sections, details)
• Experience working with subcontractors or construction vendors (preferred)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage high volume work efficiently with AI support
• Fast learner, highly organized, and goal-oriented
• Must have stable internet and a reliable laptop

• Familiarity with modular or prefabricated construction
• Experience preparing federal or government project bids
• Knowledge of construction project phases (preconstruction, estimating, contracting)

Schedule:
• Full-time | 40 hours/week (flexible working hours, but must meet deadlines)

Starting Salary:
