Construction Estimator / Office Manager

The position involves performing quantity takeoffs, specifically measuring and calculating the required finishes and construction materials for projects. Tasks include inputting these measurements into project management systems, potentially coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and assisting with occasional office work. The role requires working within the USA Eastern Time Zone for 4 hours daily, with flexibility between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
