Construction Estimator

Paradise Construction Co is a general contractor or Restoration Specialist based in New York City. We urgently need 2 Senior Construction Estimators and 1 Junior Construction Estimator. *Prepare Construction Bid Proposal and Estimates by executing detailed quantity take-offs and organizing the quantities with unit pricing as well as lump sum pricing
*Create excel spreadsheets to organize quantity takeoff & perform a further calculation
*Produce construction cost estimates in relation to labor, equipment, and materials
*Review plans, specifications, and scope of work to provide accurate takeoffs

You must have the following:
*Ability to develop full conceptual cost estimates from architectural and engineering sketches/schematics
*Practical knowledge of construction and related field operations
*Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and hard deadlines
*Exceptional in problem solving, organizational, and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
*Excellent in computer skills and extremely proficient with MS Office
*Excellent in Google Drive or other cloud-based storage solution
*Fluent in English

Qualifications:
*Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
*At least with 3 years site experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have a 3.5 GPA or 93-96% or 1.5 or B+

NOTE: Willing to work on night shift (8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. PHL Time)
