**Job Description: Construction Architect (Residential & MEP Plans)**

**Position Overview:**
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Construction Architect** to join our team. This role involves designing and drafting residential plans, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts, using AutoCAD and related software. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction projects, a strong understanding of building codes, and the ability to produce comprehensive and accurate plans that facilitate project success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate project managers to develop residential architectural plans tailored to project needs.
- Draft and design construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD.
- Prepare and integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts into architectural plans.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements for Maryland, United States.
