Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Planning: Book flights, hotels, and other transportation needs.
• Itinerary Creation: Plan detailed travel schedules, including sightseeing, activities, and recommendations.
• Restaurant and Event Planning: Make reservations for restaurants, events, or other leisure activities.
• Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to understand preferences, needs, and budgets for their trips.
• Research: Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and options to offer clients the best experiences.
• Problem-Solving: Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry is essential.
• Passionate about travel and tourism with knowledge of popular destinations
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with email, scheduling tools, and travel booking platforms
• Familiarity with popular travel destinations isa plus.
