JOB OVERVIEW

The role:

The responsibility of the Compliance Officer is to assist Nurses and AINs with the onboarding process by making them compliant ahead of their contracts. This involves requesting and gathering documentation whilst also keeping in regular contact, both via email and phone, ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible.

You will be working in a fast-paced team supporting two compliance officers.

Skills:

• You are required to have strong attention to detail whilst managing a high volume of administration across multiple candidates.
• Ability to identify administrative errors and raise these with relevant team members or candidates.
• Comfortable interacting with a fast-paced and busy team.
• Strong communication skills are key.
• Initiative and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not mandatory.

The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm AEST with the opportunity for overtime.

Please note, extensive training will be provided which includes ongoing guidance and support from your manager.
