What You’ll Do
System Design & Wireframing
Build and map out GoHighLevel CRM workflows and systems from the ground up using Figma.
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize the entire customer journey and sales lifecycle before execution.
Automation, Pipelines & Campaigns
Plan, design, and implement multi-channel automations for every stage of the customer and sales cycle.
Build powerful workflows integrating SMS, email, and manual actions tailored to specific business processes.
Develop pipelines, power diallers, and custom actions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
AI Automation Integration
Create and integrate AI automation tools within GoHighLevel to optimise workflows, improve client engagement, and streamline processes.
Develop AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, predictive lead scoring, and personalised communication systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the CRM.
Proposals, Payments & Pricing
Set up robust systems for proposal creation, pricing automation, and payment management to streamline client onboarding and transactions.
Create tools and workflows that reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
Webhook Integrations
Set up and manage webhooks between GoHighLevel and WordPress to ensure seamless communication between platforms.
Develop and document integration workflows for custom needs, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Client & Team Collaboration
Work closely with our team to draft effective templates for SMS, email campaigns, and client communication.
Ensure systems are user-friendly and well-documented for internal use.
Lead & Sales Management
Design and optimise sales pipelines that improve lead flow, tracking, and follow-up processes.
Build systems that increase lead conversion and provide real-time insights into performance metrics.
Strategic Planning
Partner with the agency owner to strategise automations and workflows that align with business goals.
Identify opportunities to optimise processes and increase productivity.
Data-Driven Optimization
Use analytics to track, measure, and improve campaign performance.
Set up dashboards to give clear, actionable insights into sales, marketing, and customer engagement metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
Mastery of GoHighLevel: You’re an expert in automations, workflows, pipelines, and custom setups.
AI Automation Experience: Proficiency in creating and integrating AI tools into GoHighLevel, such as chatbots, smart workflows, and predictive analytics.
Webhook Integration: Experience setting up and managing webhooks between GoHighLevel and WordPress (or similar platforms).
CRM Planning & Execution: Proven ability to strategise and build CRM systems tailored to unique business needs.
Figma Proficiency: Wireframing and mapping workflows before execution is second nature to you.
Automation Expertise: Deep experience in creating SMS/email drip campaigns, manual action workflows, and multi-stage sales automations.
Sales Cycle Knowledge: You understand the full sales cycle and can create automations to enhance every phase.
Bonus Skills
Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Familiarity with WordPress for seamless integration (we handle website building but value complementary knowledge).
Strong copywriting ability for crafting SMS and email sequences that convert.
Understanding of sales psychology and customer engagement best practices.
