We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Competitive Research & Investigation Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be our eyes and ears in the competitive landscape, helping us stay ahead of the curve and safeguard our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to understand competitor strategies, tactics, and market trends. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging threats.
Thoroughly investigate reported spammers and unethical competitors. Identify their sources, motives, vulnerabilities, and jurisdictions.
Develop and implement strategies to dismantle and mitigate spammer activities.
Understand competitor tactics that harm our market reach directly or indirectly.
Identify and catalog unethical competitive behaviors and assist the legal team with information collection.
Prepare comprehensive reports on your findings and maintain a well-organized database for future reference.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align research findings with marketing strategies.
Work with Customer Support to address complaints.
