Position Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, spiritually conscious individual to join our team as a Community Support & Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication with our global community. You’ll engage with current and potential members, answering inquiries, nurturing leads, and supporting internal projects. Your role will be key in helping us grow, connect, and heal on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries via email, text, and calls, providing exceptional service and support to our community.
• Lead Qualification: Engage with potential sales leads and partners, qualifying them for further outreach by the appropriate team members.
• Internal Collaboration: Assist with small projects and initiatives within the team to help support our mission and internal processes.
• Communication: Foster meaningful connections, ensuring our community feels supported and heard.
