We are seeking a Community Success Manager to create the best experience for our members of the AI Finance Club.

As our Community Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a vibrant, engaged, and supportive community environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance member engagement, facilitate professional growth, and strengthen our network.

You will join the team from Nicolas Boucher, a leading expert in integrating AI into finance. Nicolas is the founder of the AI Finance Club and has a massive following on social media, with over 1.5 million followers.

His mission is to educate finance professionals worldwide on the power of AI in their industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-profile figure and gain valuable experience in the finance, AI and social media sectors.
Nicolas Boucher has also a team of more than 6 persons which you will be working with.

Responsibilities (these will expand as you will grow in the company)

1. Onboarding new members in our community and courses

2. Customer support: manage all communication with students and members

3. Organisation: ensure that all courses and webinars are prepared and all stakeholders deliver their input

4. Organise and post content in the community around AI for Finance

5. Organise events

6. Moderate the community posts

Requirements:

- Proven experience with a community and/or online education
- Excel in building relationships
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Really good with using new tools (here are some we use: ConvertKit, Canva, Slack, Asana, Memberpress, Circle)
- AI First Approach: use AI when you can to make your work more productive and use the human inside you to review the output
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with the finance sector and/or AI is a plus
