Community & Social Media Manager

What You’ll Do:
• Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms using a scheduling tool.
• Engage and grow our online communities, fostering meaningful connections and conversations.
• Design compelling visuals using Figma, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand identity.
• Monitor and participate in Reddit discussions, becoming an active voice in relevant communities and strategically directing people to our projects in a natural, engaging way.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimize our social media strategies.
• Collaborate with a passionate, remote team to bring exciting, high-energy projects to life.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Proven track record managing social media accounts for diverse brands or projects. Experience with Reddit community engagement is a big plus!
• Fluency in English: Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging content and participating in online discussions.
• Tech-savvy: Skilled in using Figma for design and familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
• Proactive mindset: A self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Creative energy: Passion for storytelling, creating meaningful connections through content, and engaging with online communities.
