JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced and driven professional with a passion for community management, sales, and client success? We are seeking a Community Manager to independently run and grow our thriving 32,000-member Realtors Facebook Group.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-traffic online community, drive its growth, and support realtors across Florida while maximizing its revenue potential.

Responsibilities
Community Management
Moderate posts, approve/decline submissions, and foster meaningful engagement.
Handle inquiries from group members professionally and promptly.
Enforce group rules while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Client Acquisition & Sales
Identify business opportunities within the group (e.g., realtors submitting listings, vendors seeking exposure).
Convert leads into paying clients for services like SaaS tools, advertising, or premium memberships.
Upsell additional services to maximize group revenue.


Content Strategy & Engagement
Post engaging, value-driven content to keep group activity high and attract new members.
Highlight member successes, promote discussions, and share relevant real estate news.
Create campaigns to increase participation, such as polls, Q&As, or live webinars.


Administrative & Operational Tasks
Use tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) to automate workflows, send follow-ups, and track client data.
Report on group metrics and performance, including growth, engagement, and revenue.

Collaborative Growth
Work closely with the group owner to align strategies with overall business goals.
Innovate and propose new ideas to scale the group’s engagement and revenue potential.



Qualifications
Proven experience managing Facebook groups, online communities, or similar platforms.
Strong sales and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication skills with high English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of real estate and familiarity with realtors’ challenges is a plus.
Experience using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), CRMs, or similar platforms is preferred.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Compensation
