Key Responsibilities:

Community Management:
- Engage with community members in our community
- Respond to member inquiries and facilitate meaningful discussions.
- Organize and host virtual events like Q&A sessions, webinars, or meetups.
- Monitor and report on community feedback to improve engagement and offerings.

Virtual Assistant Duties:
- Research potential guest to come on our podcast
- Manage email communication, including drafting, scheduling, and tracking email sequences.
- Assist in funnel-building and CRM management for course launches or lead nurturing campaigns.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure efficient knowledge transfer across teams.

Automation and Tools Management:
- Set up and manage automation workflows using tools like Zapier.
- Create and optimize email sequences in platforms like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and improve productivity through automation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Community Manager, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Proficient in research and information synthesis.
Experience using automation tools such as Zapier, Integromat, or similar.
Familiarity with funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or similar).
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
