Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to oversee and nurture our online student community. This role involves actively engaging with community members, answering queries, welcoming new students, and providing day-to-day assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for our community, ensuring members feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Actively interact with students through online platforms, encouraging participation and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Welcome New Members: Greet and onboard new students, introducing them to the platform's features and guidelines.

Query Management: Respond promptly and effectively to community questions, concerns, or feedback.

Support and Assistance: Assist students with day-to-day issues, including navigating the platform, accessing resources, or connecting with peers.

Content Moderation: Ensure community spaces remain safe, inclusive, and aligned with our community guidelines.

Insights and Feedback: Collect feedback from students and share insights to help improve our community and services.
Qualifications:

> Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a similar role (experience with student communities is a plus).
> Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
> Proficiency in online community tools and platforms (e.g. Slack, Facebook Groups, etc.).
> Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
> Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
