What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with tea
- Create and execute strategies to grow and sustain an engaged and loyal community.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, using insights to enhance communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, campaigns, and content with the brand’s objectives.
- Stay updated on community management trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal – with a friendly, approachable tone.
- Rockstar time management skills, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to community interactions.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
- Experience in community management, customer support, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms, CRM tools, and community management software.
