We're looking for a Community Growth & Content Specialist who lives and breathes social media conversations and knows how to turn content into connection.
In this role, you'll be the frontline face of our brand across platforms: engaging directly with our audience, repurposing long-form video content into scroll-stopping short-form pieces, and sparking conversations that guide ideal prospects into our funnels and onto our sales team's calendar.
You won’t be closing deals but you will be the reason the deals start in the first place. Your impact? Massive.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage daily with ideal audience members across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok,
2. Strategically clip and repurpose long-form video content (e.g., podcast interviews, educational videos, behind-the-scenes footage) into short-form highlights, reels, quote graphics, and micro-content for social media.
3. Distribute engaging content across multiple platforms in alignment with brand tone and marketing goals, ensuring daily or weekly publishing consistency to maintain audience touchpoints.
4. Warm up cold and warm leads through strategic, relationship-based outreach (primarily via direct messaging and comments), with the goal of booking calls or guiding them into automated funnels.
5. Monitor and nurture the online community by responding to comments, messages, and engagement prompts, ensuring no lead or comment goes cold.
6. Collaborate with the content creation team (or use AI tools/templates) to brainstorm hooks, angles, and storytelling formats that increase visibility and engagement.
7. Track content performance and engagement metrics to identify what’s working, recommend adjustments, and improve future performance.
8. Stay up-to-date with trends in social selling, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to keep content and outreach strategies fresh and effective.
9. Maintain and grow a list of qualified conversations and leads for the sales team, ensuring they are handed off at the right time with context and rapport established.
10. Create and manage a simple content calendar or distribution workflow to stay organized and ensure consistent pipeline-building activity.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent written communication skills. You must be able to write friendly, engaging, and on-brand messages and comments that spark connection and move conversations forward.
2. Comfortable initiating and managing conversations online. You thrive on starting genuine conversations with strangers via comments and DMs to build trust and guide them toward action (calls, funnels, etc.).
3. Proven experience with social media engagement or community building. Ideally in a coaching, consulting, marketing, or online business environment.

5. Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form assets (video clips, reels, quote graphics, carousels, etc.) using tools like CapCut, Descript, Canva, or similar.
6. Organized and self-motivated. You are able to manage multiple conversations, content pieces, and posting schedules consistently without supervision.
7. Basic understanding of content marketing funnels and how engagement feeds into the sales process (e.g., warming traffic before a handoff to a sales team).
8. Quick to learn and adapt to tools like social media schedulers (Go High Level), basic video editors, CRMs, and Google Sheets.
9. Creative thinker who sees angles and hooks in video clips, stories, and social trends to spark curiosity and increase engagement.
10. Passion for people, growth, and online business. You care about the mission, the audience, and helping the brand build meaningful relationships.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience supporting a personal brand, online coaching program, or podcast
Familiarity with engagement scripts or frameworks (especially in online coaching or expert businesses)
Experience working in a remote or asynchronous team environment
Ability to track and report on engagement metrics and funnel progression
