Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement across platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community initiatives with business objectives.
Create, curate, and share engaging content tailored to community interests and needs.
Monitor and analyze community metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Identify and build relationships with community influencers and advocates.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in community engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
