At DaimoonMedia, we understand that every artist is unique. Each artist has distinct goals, schedules, budgets, musical styles, and opportunities. We recognize these individual differences and work tirelessly to help upcoming talent find their audience and assist breakthrough artists in reaching new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with- and provide exceptional service to- our clients, artists, and partners.
Do detailed research & resolve problems of clients and partners.
Understand and promote our music promotion services and products.

Qualifications:
You need to be able to make connections
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Minimum of 2 years in a sales-related job.
Have experience in doing online research, and learning fast to make connections
Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Enthusiasm for the music industry and a genuine desire to help artists succeed.
