In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into high-value clients, closing sales, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls with qualified leads generated by our marketing team, with the goal of closing high-ticket sales (B2B services for CEOs, founders, and key decision-makers).
Understand the client’s needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, ensuring the ability to present them clearly and persuasively.
Close sales with a target close rate of 20-25%, driving revenue and exceeding individual sales targets.
Work closely with our marketing team to align on lead generation, sales assets, and sales strategies.
Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates on sales activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-ticket sales, specifically in closing services to CEOs, founders, and high-level decision-makers.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in commission-based or revenue-sharing environments.
Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in English, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and operate within the Eastern Time Zone.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and closing deals.
Comfortable with a commission-based structure; "you eat what you kill" mentality.
Experience in B2B sales or digital marketing services is a plus.
