Responsibilities:

- Manage placements, from offer negotiation to onboarding.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of healthcare recruitment, staffing, or sales experience.
- Strong communication, relationship, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (e.g., Crelate, LinkedIn).
