JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to hire a full-time assistant to assist me with commercial real estate brokerage and investment tasks. I am looking for someone full-time I can rely on for a variety of real estate related responsibilities.

I am looking to work long-term with someone with good spoken English communication skills, who is detail-orientated, and a self-learning.

I would also like to work with someone who is open to helping me to cold-call, but this is not a strict requirement.

Tools/Technology

I use a variety of tools/software to try to work more efficient. I am looking for someone who is comfortable using software tools & learning to use new tools

- Asynchronous Communication: You should be familiar with using common software for messaging; utilizing video tools like Loom/NeetoRecord
- Collaboration / Project Notes: Notion
- Mapping Software: Google Earth & Maps, Felt, Landvision
- Database/CRM: Airtable
- Excel, Microsoft Notes
- Marketing/Design software like Figma/Canva
- OneDrive for file sharing

Duties and Tasks

- Skiptracing, Property & Contact Research: Identify and label commercial real estate properties, their owner names, and contact information; the labeling will done on Google Earth/Other Mapping tools & on web apps such as Airtable or another similar app/CRM. This research would entail using a combination of paid and free platforms; searching for company and contact information (names, phone numbers, emails as necessary)
- Property Research: I often do financial analysis of properties, which entails inputting data into excel, research similar properties, and other misc. tasks. For example, you might help me find similar properties for rent.
- Pipeline Management: I have a few strategies for pursuing different types of properties. I need help organizing myself to pursue these properties
- Public Data Research: Helping me to understand local zoning codes and discovering this documentation
- Transaction Coordination: You would be helping me in draft documents (offers, letters of intent, NDAs, etc)
- Organization & Systems Building: Much of the information/data I reference daily is spread across a few different systems/tools. I need help “systemizing” and organizing this information to help me be more productive.
- Marketing: For example, helping to put together marketing info (write ups, marketing collateral using figma/canva)
- Cold calling: I’d like someone to help me make outbound phone calls to help set meetings (or at least, to confirm which phones are working & not disconnected)
- Other Misc. Tasks that I shouldn’t be doing
