Hiring: Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Remote) | $5-$10 per hour

Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized Virtual Assistant with experience in the U.S. real estate market? We’re looking for a Real Estate VA to join our team remotely and assist with data management, research, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Databasing & Data Management – Maintain accurate property ownership records, transactions, and contact details.
Sales & Lease Comps – Research and compile sales and lease comparables for market analysis.
On-Market & Off-Market Research – Identify property availability and gather broker/ownership contact information.
Market Trend Analysis – Track and analyze trends that impact real estate opportunities.
Raw Data Collection – Extract property data and collaborate with the graphics team for reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional Communication Skills – Must provide clear updates and over-communicate when needed.
Real Estate Market Knowledge – Experience in the Florida market or U.S. real estate industry preferred.
Analytical & Research Skills – Ability to track, interpret, and report on market trends.
