Commercial Real Estate – Cold Caller | Sales Expert | Exectuive

Looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to help us grow our commercial real estate pipeline. Your role will include cold calling, follow-ups, CRM management, managing, and analysis. Must have previous experience in sales and cold calling. Need a closer, not just a general VA.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of real estate experience (Commercial preferred)
• 3+ years cold calling and sales
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• CRM/Dialer experience required

Compensation: (negotiable)
Commission-based. You’ll be paid on a ?sis this will amount to 10x any hourly rate people are offering. We will have a contract in place. Looking for someone who’s ready to be my close executive assistant. I do not want a general VA. We have an amazing setup and big pool of buyer ready to buy -have been in the industry for 28 years!!
