Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Marketplace Management
• Oversee e-commerce operations (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and implement promotional campaign, new product launches and other activations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and competitor trends to improve our commercial strategy (e.g., conversion rates, average order value).
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

2. Affiliate Marketing Management
• Manage affiliate agencies and content creators to coordinate livestreams and product seeding for campaigns and product launches.
• Track, assess, and refine affiliate commercial strategies.
• Oversee livestream shopping events to maximize engagement and sales.
• Apply best practices to enhance future livestream initiatives.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve online sales.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Someone numerate – good with numbers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, empathetic, and proactive in providing solutions.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
