B) Content Creator
Job Description: Create short form content around the product
Hours: Make your own
Rate: $2/video (~115 php/video) with a engagement bonus accelerators for every 1,000 views (will pay 5x more than TikTok creator fund does) and for comments

We’re building a Viral Street Team to spread the word about our app across social media channels. If you’re passionate about social media, marketing, and helping aspiring entrepreneurs find the resources they need, we’d love to have you on our team!

Roles & Responsibilities


We have two main roles within the Viral Street Team. You can apply for one or both based on your interests and skills.

1. Commenter/DMer

Compensation:

• $2/hour (~115 php/hour)
• Estimated 2 hours/day (10 hours/week) You can choose how and when you do those two hours as long as you hit the minimum target of comments/DMs per hour
• You will be paid every week via Wise or Paypal


Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Engagement: Search for relevant content on Reddit (r/Entrepreneur, r/SideProject, r/sidehustle, r/startups, r/saas, r/nocode, etc.), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

• Organic Commenting: Post friendly, helpful, and casual comments on videos, posts, and threads related to side hustles, startups, and business advice. Subtly mention how our app can address the user’s challenges without sounding like a sales pitch. Example comments will be provided but get creative!

• DMs: Engage in direct messages with interested users, expanding on how our app works and adding personalized tips.

• Relationship Building: Be supportive and genuine in interactions—no spammy or overly promotional language.

• Reporting: Keep a brief record of daily commenting/DMing activities for accountability.

• New Accounts: New accounts on Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram should be created

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Reddit, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to write casually but thoughtfully.

• Interest in business, startups, entrepreneurship, or side hustles.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily or weekly comment/DM goals.



2. Content Creator (Short-Form Video)

Compensation:

• Base Payment: $2/video (~115 php/video)posted, minimum 5 videos/week with max 10 videos/week

• Engagement Bonus:
Views: $0.10 per 1,000 views (almost 5x what TikTok pays creators!)
If a video goes viral and hit’s 1,000,000 views = ~5,806 php
Comments: $.05 per comment
100 comments = ~280 php

Payment Structure: Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Ideation & Creation: Produce short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) introducing our app , demonstrating its features, and sharing how it can help brands and businesses.

• Creative Freedom: Use any format you’d like—faceless videos, AI-generated clips, stitches, green screens, or personal on-camera demonstrations. Get creative and have fun!

• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments on your videos, potentially using the “reply with video” feature to show how our app solves specific user challenges.

• Consistent Posting: Aim for steady output—both daily or weekly, ensuring the algorithm pushes your content to a broader audience.

• Analytics Tracking: Monitor views, likes, comments, and shares. Provide basic metrics to measure success and determine bonus eligibility.

• Free account: You’ll be provided with a free account with unlimited access that you can use in videos (or personally!)



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

• Comfort in front of a camera (not mandatory, as faceless, AI videos, stitching, etc are welcome).

• Ability to edit and optimize content for maximum viewership and engagement.

• Interest or experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, or business topics.

You Can Do Both!

If you’d like to combine both roles—engaging with users on social media and creating short-form video content—you can! This is a great way to maximize your impact (and your potential earnings).

How to Measure Success

• Engagement: Comments, likes, replies on your posts and messages.

• Click-Throughs & Sign-Ups: Ultimately, we aim to drive traffic to our app.

• View Counts: For Content Creators, higher views mean higher bonus payouts.

High performing creators will have the ability to join a future affiliate program

Application Process

4. Short Meeting: A quick meeting to put names to faces and answer and outstanding questions you may have
