Collection Specialist for Property Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Collection Specialist VA with experience using Yardi software to manage tenant accounts and ensure timely payments. You will be responsible for tracking, collecting, and resolving overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships with tenants. This role is crucial to ensuring the financial health of our real estate portfolio.


Compensation: USD 4.00 - 6.00 / hour

Schedule: 40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday EST
