We are chefs building a platform for chefs, helping them perform, look, and be their best. As we prepare for launch, we are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing business and make a direct impact on the lives of chefs.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at improving processes, identifying opportunities, and solving problems independently. The ideal candidate will proactively address business needs, streamline operations, and contribute to growth. A 2-week trial period will ensure the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access for tea
Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Handle data entry and updates to internal systems (e.g., chef profiles, client forms).
Chef Outreach & Onboarding
Assist with chef outreach via
Coordinate chef onboarding, including scheduling interviews and collecting required documents.
Maintain ongoing communication with chefs throughout the onboarding process.
Client Interaction & Customer Service
Respond to client inquiries and deliver top-notch service.
Send follow-up
Help prepare client profiles, event summaries, and related materials.
Operational & Light Technical Support
Oversee the smooth execution of automated workflows and alert the team of any system issues.
Provide light technical support, such as updating Wix pages, running basic reports, or tracking metrics.
Coordinate with developers or other tea
Qualifications
Required:
Proactive and Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and anticipate needs.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail.
Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana), and
Customer Service Mindset: Dedicated to creating a positive experience for both chefs and clients.
Prior administrative experience in a small business or startup.
Background in the culinary or events industry is a plus.
