Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)

Compensation:
• $100 bi-weekly
• $5 per new signed agreement

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to build affiliate partnerships with real estate agents and car salesmen in high-demand markets, including Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas; and Miami, Florida. Your goal is to introduce our referral incentive program, showcase the client results we’ve achieved, and secure signed service agreements to establish strong affiliate relationships. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a results-driven environment with performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents and car salesmen to introduce our referral incentive program.
• Build rapport and effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with our company.
• Share client success stories to demonstrate the value of our services.
• Obtain signed service agreements to formalize affiliate partnerships.
• Maintain organized records of calls, agreements, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
• Preferred experience in cold calling or sales outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Familiarity with real estate or automotive industries is a plus.

Pay and Incentives:
• $100 bi-weekly base pay.
• $5 bonus for every signed agreement.
