1. Your Minimum hourly pay in us dollars - type
2. A vocaroo recording why you think we should hire you above all other candidates
3. If any days or times unavailable type that to us - type
4. Your 3 previous positions
5. Name of position you are applying for at top of application

Scheduled hours may vary a little from above. But this is a 40 hour week!

Any applicant without all above will not be considered for the job.
