Your Role:

As a Cold Caller, you will play a key role in generating new business by reaching out to potential customers, introducing our cleaning services, and securing appointments for quotes. Your goal is to build relationships, create opportunities, and help more people experience our exceptional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients (businesses and homeowners).
• Introduce our cleaning services and explain our value proposition.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Set appointments for our sales or operations team.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and call progress.
• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and close deals.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a bonus).
